Can You Eat Too Much Salad?

People tell us that they are eating WAY more salad when they try one of our dressings, so that had us wondering: is there such thing as too much salad? 




The short answer is no, as long as you are balancing what kinds of salad you eat, keeping it fresh with new, delicious ingredients, fruits, veggies, and protein.
